The Wyoming Coalition for the Homeless holds holiday raffle

If you want to help someone who is less fortunate than you look no further than helping the Wyoming Coalition for the Homeless.

According to a post on the Nextdoor app, the author of the post, Christie Campbell said, “We’re kicking off a winter fundraiser to help keep the Welcome Mat – Cheyenne Day Shelter open and operating through the coldest months of the year.

“We’ve put together a Lotto Raffle Tree loaded with $50 in lottery tickets, and a $10 donation gets you entered to win the whole tree. Every dollar raised goes directly toward keeping our doors open, providing warmth, food, and safety for the people in our community who have nowhere else to go,” Campbell said. “Your support truly matters. A single $10 entry helps us offer hot meals, warm clothing, crisis support, and a safe space for individuals facing dangerous winter temperatures. For many, the Welcome Mat is the only warm place they have.”

The drawing will be held December 22nd and will be streamed live on Facebook.

To enter, donate $10 through their Square link and include your phone number or email in order for the organization to confirm your entry. Here is the official square link:
