On July 14th-16th, 2017,Trinidad Serrano the owner of The Tribe Zoo Tattoo Shop hosted the 2nd annual 4-Ever West Tattoo Festival in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  This was a great alternative event, refreshing from the old west reputation that Cheyenne holds.  It shows that there is a lot more to this town than just cowboys, cows and horses.  It was held once again at the Cheyenne Depot and Plaza.  There were approximately 20 different tattoo artists from Wyoming, Colorado, Utah and Nebraska.

Besides being able to receive ink and watch these amazing artists at work, there were local Barbers from Presidential Barbershop, local artisans and food vendors. If you did not want to have permanent ink you could get a henna tattoo or get your face painted. The live music featured country band, Southern Fried, a Cheyenne favorite and the Christian rock band Set for the Fall from North Carolina.  You could also walk over and watch the live graffiti artists doing their thing with spray paint.

Among the variety of foods and artisans to check out, there were several competitions including; Pinup girls, beard and mustache and a car and bike show.  And it truly would not be a tattoo festival without a tattoo competition.

There was definitely something for everyone at this festival.  Check it out next year.
