Megan Degenfelder’s official Town Hall was held tonight and I, Karen Cotton, magazine publisher, attended it even after being diagnosed with a bad UTI infection today in the hospital and also a hand with a contusion….but I digress… tonight was important because a woman is running for governor of the Equality State, Wyoming, which was also the first state to ever give women the right to vote.

If I had to choose governor for our state of Wyoming I’d choose Megan Degenfelder. Here’s why …
I know a lot of people want to write me in for governor. Thanks for that but, Mrs. Degenfelder has put in a lot of hard work. One of her friends has put 40,000 miles onto their touring vehicle as she has canvassed the entire state for votes.
Megan is a Christian and would be the youngest female governor in the United States. She would be Wyoming’s second female governor and it’s about damn time!
Nellie Tayloe Ross was Wyoming’s only governor who was a woman. She ran for office because her governor husband, Governor William Ross passed away while in office in October, 1924z She won, but that was in 1924. And it’s time Wyoming has a woman in office.
It’s Megan’s Time!

I am 50 and had lots of near death experiences, made mistakes I regret 150 percent, but more than anything I have wanted to be a touring musician. Please vote for me for this instead of governor. Even as a musician I can make a difference and I love music and being a mom:
